Any students interested in joining a spring sports team, please remember you need a current physical and parental consent form. If you need a physical, you are in luck! The doctor will be available to give any interested students a free physical on
WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 1 from 3:00-5:00 at Park East High School. In order to get your physical, you must come with BOTH forms (physical AND consent) signed by your parent. If you do not have these signatures, the doctor will not see you. See your athletic directors for proper forms if you are interested.
